Return Policy
Returns will be accepted if we receive them within the first 60 days after shipment, and are subject to the conditions and exceptions below.
When we receive a returned product, that satisfies the conditions below, we will refund your purchase price, less shipping, and send a confirming e-mail. If your order qualified for free shipping, we will deduct our actual shipping costs from your refund amount.

Returns must first be authorized by sending an e-mail to: returns@biblewaredistributors.com within the first 45 days after purchase. Please enter the subject of your email as “BIBLEWARE DISTRIBUTORS PRODUCT RETURN”. In the email, please include your invoice number and a brief description for the return. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

Please include a copy of your Bibleware Distributors invoice with a brief note explaining the reason for the return. Credit for returns that are received with a postmarked ship date confirmation that is later than 60 days after shipment will be refused.

Software returns must first be uninstalled from your computer. If you have registered the software with the publisher please tell us the name and email address used for the registration. It is required that all packaging, inserts, manuals, DVD/CD cases and CD/DVD's must also be returned. If any part of the product is missing or damaged, we may refuse the return and/ or charge a restocking fee. Merchandise that was not purchased directly from Bibleware Distributors will NOT qualify for refunds.

Bibles and books must be returned unmarked and in new condition.

If you receive a product that is defective, please contact the manufacturer or publisher directly. Inform them that you purchased their product from Bibleware Distributors that is defective. They will provide you with instructions for obtaining a replacement. If you are not able to contact the manufaturer or publisher, please email us at: returns@biblewaredistributors.com and enter “DEFECTIVE PRODUCT” in the subject of your email.

These following products are non returnable:
- Products marked as DISCONTINUED
- Products that were sold as CLOSEOUT
- Products with publisher rebates that have been applied for
Please Note:
We process refunds on the same or next business day after receiving returned products. It may take a several days for the adjustment to show on your credit card statement.

Shipping
Bibleware Distributors' prefered carriers are FedEx and US Postal Service (USPS) in the US. For Non US shipments you can select from FedEx International, USPS Airmail Parcel Post, Global Priority Mail, Global Express Mail and Global Surface Mail. When selected, we use special global flat rates for software, CD's and DVD's using a large Global Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope.
International orders (orders shipped outside the US) may be shipped without their product boxes to reduce shipping costs.
Please Note: International shipping rates do not include customs duties or other taxes, which may increase the cost of your order.
If you use a PO Box, APO/FPO Address or a US prison address and select FedEx service, your order will be shipped via USPS 1st Class or Priority Mail. Shipping costs on your actual invoice may be increased if necessary. Media Mail shipments to Military locations traveling by ground (truck and ship), can take one or two months and cannot be tracked past the last non-military post office. First Class, Priority and Express Mail Military shipments travel by air.
Orders totalling over $300 will recieve FREE shipping via US Postal Service Media Mail or FedEx Ground Delivery at our discression (US Only).
FedEx Ground shippments are delivered from 1 to 5 business days.
USPS Media Mail delivery time is from 1 to 2 weeks.
Orders shipped via Priority Mail within the US are typically delivered in 2 business days but can actually be delivered in 1 to 5 business days.
Express Mail is delivered next business day to most locations but sometimes will take 2 business days.
First class mail usually takes from 1 to 7 business days.
